hello i can't find anywere the datasheet for SPC584B64E7, i only can found a 9 page document.. can someone provide me a link to a complete datasheet?

I found something but not so clear, i wonder if there is a single pdf whit all the info included for try to design a pcb for this mcu, the datasheet of (for example) stm32 is much more readable :(
