I used SPI_DMA to transfer data by function HAL_SPI_TransmitReceive_DMA()。It is OK。I find it used interrupt. and it can be not changed to uninterrupted mode.Now I hope not use interrupt, how do I?

Hello,I am trying to set up the CAN protocol and receiving "Check that the selected buffer has an allocated area into the RAM" when using HAL_FDCAN_AddMessageToTxBuffer.This is where the error is thrown, inside stm32h7xx_hal_fdcan.c/* Check that the selected buffer has an allocated area into the RAM */ if (POSITION_VAL(BufferIndex) >= ((hfdcan->Instance->TXBC & FDCAN_TXBC_NDTB) >> FDCAN_TXBC_NDTB_Pos)) { /* Update error code */ hfdcan->ErrorCode |= HAL_FDCAN_ERROR_PARAM;   return HAL_ERROR; }Here is CAN Initializationvoid CAN1_Init(void) { CAN1.Instance = FDCAN1; CAN1.Init.FrameFormat = FDCAN_FRAME_CLASSIC; CAN1.Init.Mode = FDCAN_MODE_EXTERNAL_LOOPBACK; // EXTERNAL Means FDCAN treats its own transmitted messages as received // messages   CAN1.Init.AutoRetransmission = ENABLE; CAN1.Init.NominalPrescaler = 3; // Setting values for 500k bps CAN1.Init.NominalSyncJumpWidth = 1; CAN1.Init.NominalTimeSeg1 = 2; CAN1.Init.NominalTim

Hi,I try to find the RCC and the GPIO register for the STM32l432KBU, but cant find it in the datasheet. i dont know if i'm looking wrong but i just cant find it. I need the Registers to enable the uart.Thanks for reading:grinning_face: !!bye,

Use STM32L051C8T6 for low-power design. In standby mode, RTC is used to wake up. The RTC clock is internal 37K clock. After 1Hz frequency division, the program sets 180s to wake up. As a result, it wakes up at 160s. Please ask if there is a problem with the configuration.

Hi, I have a Nucleo 144 - STM32H743ZI2 and I need that the output pins deliver 5V, no 3.3V. Is it possible?Thanks

I have 6 VL53L3CX sensors connected via the same I²C bus. For this reason, the I²C address of each sensor must be changed as described in the UM2778 User's Guide.Does this procedure have to be carried out each time the device is restarted or disconnected from the power supply, or will the new address of the sensor be permanently saved?Many thanks in advance.

Hello Everyone!I have thoroughly understood touch sense controller peripheral of STM32F051C8T6, I have also developed a test code using the HAL layer and is working file and detecting touch (i.e. is count value decreasing when finger comes near electrode). I have also read the TSC section of reference manual several times. I am unable to understand how to change the channel of acquisition within a group. Right now what is happening is that I have enabled all three pins of IO group 2 as input electrode and the final (4th) one has the SAMPLING CAPACITOR connect to it. But the aquisition process always aquire the first channel only. I am NOT able to find any function in HAL lib to change channel NOR I am able to find any register that controls that.Some where it is written that acquisition within a group is sequential, but it is NOT also happening, each time only channel 1 is acquired.

I want to add some volatile memory to my MCU (32~64 MB). I'm currently looking at STM32H/F7 devices.Most DRAM needs so many traces that the PCB area taken up by the memory makes it impractical for my design.It seems like there is a new memory interface called HyperBus, which is the same (?) as OCTOSPI. This interface uses much less pins and board area than a traditional DRAM.Does anyone know if a QuadSPI peripheral in dual mode would be able to read/write to such a memory? I saw that the newer STM32HB0 line will support OCTOSPI, so this makes me think that QSPI won't work.I'll mostly be using the memory for buffering, so it doesn't need to be fast enough for executing code at full speed.

STM32CubeMX v6.1.0, H7 lib v 1.8.0is generating code where main() calls MX_USB_DEVICE_Init();, but MX_USB_DEVICE_Init does not seem to be defined anywhere.int main(void) { ...   /* Initialize all configured peripherals */ MX_GPIO_Init(); ... MX_USB_DEVICE_Init();   ...}Also worth noticing that MX_USB_DEVICE_Init "line" can be seen in Project Manager-> Advanced Settings, but the Visibility (Static) box cannot be marked:Change the order/rank of MX_USB_DEVICE_Init did not work around the issue :( Is this a know issue or do I need to set something extra to get that function's implementation?

Here: https://support.touchgfx.com/docs/development/ui-development/touchgfx-engine-features/dynamic-bitmaps I can see how to set RGB 565 colours into a dynamic bitmap. I'm wondering how to achieve alpha blending in a dynamic bitmap?

we set up three projects for one solution . these projects share the same driver and third-party code. what we want to do is that ,when we build one project ,the other projects would be built one after one automatically after the first one . how to configurate the STM32cubeIDE? or any script ?

Where can I find an example with Sigma Delta ADC for STM32 F3 series?I think there is a lack of information how to use the 16-bit ADC inside STM32 F3 series.It must be done with STM32CubeIDE!

Hi, I'm looking to add a TFT LCD to a project and I've been looking at iltek controlled displays as a solution specifically the ili9488. Displays that integrate various driver ICs such as ili9486, ili9341, ili9488 are very popular on the arduino platform because it only requires simple SPI control by the master microcontroller. Looking at various examples using these types of displays on the stm32 platform LTDC is always used. My question is why use LTDC when the TFT screen already has a full integrated controller? What are the benefits to using LTDC to help drive the screen? Why not use simple SPI control like an Arduino? I'm sure the benefits are there but reading AN4861 it's not clear what the benefits are if an IC driver is already embedded into the display. Any help in clearing up this confusion would be great.

Hello,i am trying to create a simple qt application that needs to use both M4 (Free RTOS - simple CAN data to be exchanged to application) and A7 ( run Qt application on Embedded Linux).as of now created a distribution package with Qt layer,created a qt application on Linux PC need to be flashed to embedded linux.Trying to establish a communication between 2 Processors using IPCC rproc mechanism.Are there any video tutorials to learn all the basics with STM32MPU157c - dk2?Are there any blogs or post to learn these?

I am trying to test the CAN bus on STM32F042K6 Nucleo board. I can transmit data but cannot receive. Here is my settings. Data is sent from STM32H7 -Disco board whose CAN0 bitrate is set to 250K. I can send and receive data to/from STM32H7 board. So I know STM32H7 works. But STM32F042K6 Nucleo can transmit to STM32H7 but cannot receive the data. STM32H7 board has embedded transceiver, and STM32F042 I have an external CAN Waveshare transceiver. I confirm the data on both ends using logic analyzer.On STM32F042K6-Nucleo, the can settings are:Prescalar: 4Time Quantum: 500nsTq BS1: 4Tq BS2: 3SJW: 1Operating mode: normalPin PA11 (D10 on Nucleo Header): CAN_RXPin PA12 (D2 on Nucleo Header): CAN_TXWith these settings, Transmit works with 250Kb which I confirmed with logic analyzer and on STM32H7 board receive. On the STM32F042 RX line, I also confirmed data comes in to pin PA11 with same bitrate (4us for a bit) periodically using logic analyzer.Here's the code which I am polling. Hi.I have the STPTIC-82G2 tunable capacitor, and I have noticed that there is no ground pin. What is the DC ground that the bias pin is referenced to? Should I provide DC ground through RF1/RF2 pins?Thank you!

This is how I configurated the I2CThis is the part I'm geting locked.

Hello @Khouloud ZEMMELI ,STM32CubeMX 6.0.1 not allowing same text for Task Name and Entry Function.As per my understanding the text entered against property Task Name will be encapsulated in double quotes and will be assigned to variable name. The text assigned to Entry Function will become the name of the Task that will execute.Why is the STM32CubeMX not accepting text EH_Task as a valid value and rather reporting "Multiple definition error"?Please help with a fix.Thanks,Rajeev

Hello,I had both the ProjectManager.TemplateDestinationPath and ProjectManager.TemplateSourcePath pointing to folder which did not exist.So, I updated `ProjectManager.TemplateSourcePath` to`ProjectManager.TemplateSourcePath=C\:\\STM32CubeMX\\db\\extra_templates` as the STM32CubeMX folder is present in C Drive in the ROOT C directory.What is the use of `ProjectManager.TemplateDestinationPath`? I am not sure what should be the value passed to `ProjectManager.TemplateDestinationPath`. For now I have assigned the path where the IOC file containing these settings exist:`ProjectManager.TemplateDestinationPath=E\:\\DEPT197\\GIT\\Gateway-H7-All-Codes\\Gateway-H7\\Gateway-H7-App`Can I safely remove these two settings / variables, as others might have a different setup / folder for STM32CubeMX, templates, etc.Please suggest.Thanks and regards,Rajeev
