It's in C:\Users\USERNAME\STM32Cube\Repository

It is where ever you set it up when installing, check the "settings"

Yes, it could be different. On Linux it’s obviously in a different spot. Or if you explicitly installed it to a different directory, it will be different.
I thought providing the default directory would be of more help than just saying “it’s where you installed it�?.
