Hello, I'm no longer able to find the X-CUBE-IKA02A1 package on the ST site. I see that the status says it's active, but the software download section states "No data available in table".Could you point me to where I can download the package, I got a P-NUCLEO-IKA02A1 board and I cannot find examples for it?Thanks,Anton.

Can you provide the formula for calculating the tag RSSI as displayed on the RFID Reader suite application? I don't know how this is derived from the log I&Q bytes. Does the receiver gain value have to be added in as well?

Hi ST CommunityI am using a default MotorControl setup with the B-G431B-ESC1 board and a BLDC motor with hall sensors. The project is generated using MC Workbench with default values. I am having a hard time to decipher the value provided by the function MC_GetPhaseCurrentAmplitudeMotor1. I am familiar with the conversion from the format S16A to Amps, but still get wrong readings. The amplifying network gain setup is also default with values matching the resistors on the board. The overall network gain is hence 9.14. When converting the value to Amps, I get values far from what I can read from the power supply. When setting up the motor (using values inherited from motor profiler) the nominal current is set to 3.29A. With this settings I can almost not run the motor with a "high" load (0.5+ Nm). I need to increase this value to 10A+ in order to archive a torque of ie. 2Nm. which on the power supply is requiring far less than 10A. This test is done with no load on startup but adding loa

Hello, lets say i have more than one project in a lifetime. How can i use CubeMonitor to use different Projects? Its very weired that all flows are linked together in any way. Why is it not as the old tool STM Studio, there you can create a own project for every MCU project you want. Then you can copy and share this project to anyone else. I think i like CubeMonitor and maybe i am just to stupid, but for me it seems much to complicated to use this tool with different projects. (fast switch between them)Any help for me?;)Thanx

I am evaluating the SMARTAG1. What I am trying to figure out is, what is the best way to handle measurement event while there is an NFC field. I have noticed in the implementation of SMARTAG1 firmware, that you are neglecting counting up the time once a synchronization event occurs if there is filed rising, which will effect the time stamp to be off by the time that tag was under RF field. I want to know if I want to have stable Synchronization time events even if NFC filed is detected, what is the best way to handle it?For example: I want to record a measurement every 10 seconds. I start logging at 13:00:00 next at 13:00:10 , then I had NFC field for 3 second, my next measurement is logged at 13:00:23 instead of 13:00:20.Is there a way to handle this issue in a better way?Thank you very much for your help and your ideas.

Hello Friends and ST engineer.I am controlling BLDC motor using STSW-SPIN3204 firmware with Hall Sensor. But some functions I do not understand, please explain more detail for me.HAL_TIM_OC_DelayElapsedCallback: what is this function for? why we use output compare in input capture with hall sensor.MC_TIMx_SixStep_CommutationEvent(): @brief: Capture the counter value for which the hall sensors status changed and set the delay at which the HF_TIMx will change according to the new hall status value and hence new step.I do not understand this function for what? please tell more detail for meIf you have the detail document, please giveThank you so much.Best regards.

Hello,When I create a new project in CubeMX for the STM32H747I-DISCO board, I cannot see the X-CUBE-AI package when I click on "Additional Software". Is it because this board has 2 cores Cortex-M7 and M4? Somehow we need to specify on which core the network should run?In the user manual of FP-AI-VISION1 (UM2611: https://my.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/user_manual/group1/a0/53/9b/b7/f9/b5/4a/6f/DM00630755/files/DM00630755.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.DM00630755.pdf), it is written that:"For users having selected dual-core MCUs for their application but running it on the Cortex®-M7 core only: when dual-core MCUs like the STM32H747 are not supported by the STM32CubeMX tool, they must select a single core MCU like the STM32H743 to be able to generate the code for the Cortex®-M7 core."So, if I generate an X-CUBE-AI project in CubeMX for, let's say, the STM32H743I-EVAL2 or STM32H743I-EVAL board, would that project compile and work on the STM32H747I-DISCO as well, without

I am using STM32 Cube MX to generate 32L443RCTx code.In function HAL_I2C_Master_Transmit always returns != HAL_OKAny ideas why?

I've been developing motor control code on a Nucleo-64 G431 board (64-pin) but the target product will use a 48-pin G431. I'm trying to wrap my head around how I migrate my project from 64-pin to 48-pin.Unfortunately, the existing project is implemented using the STM32CubeIDE V1.2, which I understand may make the transition more difficult.Any and all insights appreciated!

Microcontroller may be; STM32L0 or L4Required; 5% worst case over -5 to 50'CThe microcontrollers are quoted 1% accurate at 25'C but I can not find how accurate they over the ICs temperature range. I want to avoid trimming or fitting a crystal. The application does not require a lot of processing and includes battery power and charging so an Fxxx variant or other may be suitable if temperature range is specified?

Hi Problem. There are two screens, S1 and S2. The S1 has two buttons. GO to change screen to S2 and ON to set output pin. The ON button state is sent to main.c. I want to change the screen after pressing GO, but also the state of the ON button. How to do it? best regardsAndrzej

I am trying to call rtc alarm at regular interval and want to call some code in non polling mode at every rtc alarm is fired. I know this can be done with RTC alarm callback function. But when we are in standby mode this call back function is not fired i think. I have tried it callback function doesnt work in standby mode but it does work in run mode. Kindly help me to solve this issue. MCU: STM32L412RBUsing CubeMX HAL

Hi,If we have multiple versions of HMI software developed using TouchGFX framework then how can I upgrade it from version 1 to version2 using USB drive? What steps are involved in this implementation?BR,Shree

Hello guys good day. May I ask for your advise regarding the code to interface a slave bluetooth to STM32F103C8. I bought this HC05 module and connected to the UART lines of the MCU. Baud of communication set to 9600. I am trying to enable an LED connected to the MCU output PA0 through the mobile Bluetooth. However I could not activate the LED. Appreciate if you could give me some advice. Attached is my code below. I use CubeMX to generate the code. Thank you.  /* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "main.h"   /* Private includes ----------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN Includes */   /* USER CODE END Includes */   /* Private typedef -----------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN PTD */   /* USER CODE END PTD */   /* Private define ------------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN PD */ /* USER CODE END

Hi, I set the sensor to 1G scale, data rate 104 Hz, while tilting from 0 to 20-25 degrees it gives sensible readings. Over that it just always shows 1G acceleration, so 45 degree angle shows as 89.Any hints on how to fix that, or my copy might be defective?

My controller can be waked up from Standby mode by Alarm A or Alarm B: Alarm A every day and Alarm B every minute. Are there any flags (or another means) to know, what event (Alarm A or B) was cause of the waking? That is the problem, because all registers (excluded PWR_CSR and RTC Backup) "dying" after MCU entering in Standby mode...

I'm not able to connect the NUCLEO-STM32WL55JC1 board (Updated FW today to V3.J7) to the STM32CubeMonitor V.1.1.0 Fun facts: Blink connection test works and the firmware is reported correctly in the connection config box.Error message reads: "not connected | JTAG/SWD error/f5) In addition: Please fix the copy & paste bug of the Mac version (1.1.0). Known for at least 8 months.

I am attempting to use blockCopy to copy a block of memory. I have used it in the past, but with latest version of TouchGFX, for some reason I am now getting a compile error on the following generated function:bool TouchGFXGeneratedHAL::blockCopy(void* RESTRICT dest, const void* RESTRICT src, uint32_t numBytes) { return HAL::blockCopy(dest, src, numBytes); }Below is the error I am getting on the line HAL:blockCopy(dest, src, numBytes);../TouchGFX/target/generated/TouchGFXGeneratedHAL.cpp:85:15: error: 'blockCopy' is not a member of 'touchgfx::HAL'Any ideas?

I modified some functionalities using the MX interface in the STM32CubeIDE, saved and generated a new code and my core/src folder is gone.I've seen people complaining about this problem on older releases.Tested in another project (modifying settings in the MX interface and generating code) and the problem did not happen. What might be wrong with this specific project? I've been working on it for a long time and never had any problem.Right now I have Version: 1.4.2 Build: 7643_20200813_1322 (UTC), tried to update but no updates available.

I made a UART project in STM32CubeIDE. Cube generated the necessary UART initialisation code and created UART_INIT() function (or something like that) in main(). The project worked. Then I decided to add DMA. I regenerated the code and couldn't find DMA initialisation in UART_INIT(). I found out that this code was generated in another file in UART_MSP_INIT() function (or something like that). My questions are:Why does Cube generate this code in another file? Why not in UART_INIT() or DMA_INIT() in main()?Do I have to explicitly call UART_MSP_INIT() in main() by myself? And why doesn't Cube do it automatically?I found out that GPIO alternate function configuration (for UART) was also made in UART_MSP_INIT(). But I did't explicitly call UART_MSP_INIT() before using DMA. So why did UART work if the pins were not configurated?
