HiI am following the AN4666 document to receive parallel gpio data, with on clock input.this is the code I wrote : I was expecting to receive gpio data and save to memory by triggering the DMA at every rising edge my issue is that the timer (input capture mode ) only detects the first rising once and save GPIO value in the first array once and then stops making whats left of my buffer equal to 0./* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "main.h" #include "stm32h7xx_ll_tim.h" /* Private includes ----------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN Includes */ #define BUFFER_SIZE 100 static uint8_t aDST_Buffer[BUFFER_SIZE] = {0}; int main(void) { /* Reset of all peripherals, Initializes the Flash interface and the Systick. */ HAL_Init(); /* Configure the system clock */ SystemClock_Config(); /* Initialize all configured peripherals */ MX_GPIO_Init(); MX_USART3_UART_Init(); MX_USB_OTG_FS_PCD_Init(); MX_TIM

Programming is ok when using ST-link software.

I am using triple simultaneuos conversion ADC (2 conversions for each) with DMA (circular):static void MX_ADC1_Init(void) { ADC_MultiModeTypeDef multimode = {0}; ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef sConfig = {0};   /** Configure the global features of the ADC (Clock, Resolution, Data Alignment and number of conversion) */ hadc1.Instance = ADC1; hadc1.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_SYNC_PCLK_DIV4; hadc1.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_12B; hadc1.Init.ScanConvMode = ENABLE; hadc1.Init.ContinuousConvMode = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.DiscontinuousConvMode = DISABLE; hadc1.Init.ExternalTrigConvEdge = ADC_EXTERNALTRIGCONVEDGE_RISING; hadc1.Init.ExternalTrigConv = ADC_EXTERNALTRIGCONV_T8_TRGO; hadc1.Init.DataAlign = ADC_DATAALIGN_RIGHT; hadc1.Init.NbrOfConversion = 2; hadc1.Init.DMAContinuousRequests = ENABLE; hadc1.Init.EOCSelection = ADC_EOC_SEQ_CONV; if (HAL_ADC_Init(&hadc1) != HAL_OK) { Error_Handler(); }   /** Configure the ADC multi-mode */ multimode.Mode = ADC_TRIPLE

For our device, we are using STM32H750 IC. in some 100 PCBs manufactured at our company, in 1 or 2 PCBs we cannot program the blank MCU and get this warning in STM32CubeProgrammer. "Warning: The core is locked up"What can be the issue? any specific pin is getting short or open due to PCB hardware issue?

We have designed our own STM32L0 based board along with STM32F103CBT6 for Programming.STM32F103CBT6 is blank chip , where we will get STlinkV2 firmware files?

Hi, Can I learn MTBF value of this product? The product code is M24256-BWMN6P. Or, How can I find related document for this product?

Hello,I am trying to find any info on obsolete RF transistor MPN SD1528-08R1. I have the datasheet for the base PN itself but I cannot find any documentation that contains or defines the suffix "R1".Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,-Adam

HI, the video shown that the scs001V1 can be auto select the voltage needed for the devices has plugged it in.what i see is that the eval board output the power thru the terminal block, i am curious how it will auto select the voltage needed? that is no additional signal or feedback connected to the eval board.the first device it can auto select to output five 5V then follow with Bluetooth speaker devices, it auto genrate 15V.let say i want to connect to a uno board. which is DC 7-15V, how will the eval output be?(i am using 20V source powe)chin

I have a python script in order to flash many stm32 chips each one connected with a stlink. 5 devices. My python script is designed to create threads by using threading package, and the idea is flash all the devices at the same time. But this is not happening in this way, and each device is flashed sequentially. So my question is, cli support many instances to flash many devices with many stlinks concurrently?

Hello, I'm trying to make a Zigbee application for a battery powered device (currently using the ZHA integration on Home Assistant) and I am having trouble to set the attribute for a battery power source, (it seems to be stuck on the default of Mains), however setting the manufacturer and model strings are working.static const struct ZbZclAttrT optional_attr_list[] = { { ZCL_POWER_CONFIG_ATTR_BATTERY_VOLTAGE, ZCL_DATATYPE_UNSIGNED_8BIT, ZCL_ATTR_FLAG_REPORTABLE | ZCL_ATTR_FLAG_PERSISTABLE, 0, NULL, {0, 100}, {10, 300} }, { ZCL_POWER_CONFIG_ATTR_BATTERY_PCT, ZCL_DATATYPE_UNSIGNED_8BIT, ZCL_ATTR_FLAG_REPORTABLE | ZCL_ATTR_FLAG_PERSISTABLE, 0, NULL, {0, 100}, {10, 300} } };  static void APP_ZIGBEE_ConfigEndpoints(void) { struct ZbApsmeAddEndpointReqT req; struct ZbApsmeAddEndpointConfT conf;   memset(&req, 0, sizeof(req));   /* Endpoint: SW1_ENDPOINT */ req.profileId = ZCL_PROFILE_HOME_AUTOMATION; req.deviceId = ZCL_DEVICE_SIMPLE_SE

Hi, I was wondering does TIM1 has "global interrupt" like TIM2, TIM3... have?I dont see such in STM32CubeMX app, is it called differently or does not have such interrupt?Should I avoid using TIM1 if I need such interrupt?

I have worked with the HAL software implementation of the CRC using HAL_CRC_Calculate() and HAL_CRC_Accumulate(). Works great. How do I utilize the hardware CRC feature? Can you direct me to an example or more information?

Hi everyone,I use STM32WB55 with the BLE stack 13.0 (full version) and want to test the RF. In the an5270 document, I noticed the ACI_HAL_TONE_START command and it is allowed to change the rf channel from 2.402 to 2.480 GHz with 2 MHz resolution. However, I want to change the channel to a 1 MHz resolution. For example, I want to set the channel to 2.403 GHz. Is it possible to do? If yes, how?Thank you.Have a nice day.Serhat.

Query above is straight forward. - Deadtime implementation options for Half Bridge config.Deadtime is to "wait for one FET to switch off" b4 turning on the other FET in the half bridge. This is to prevent shoot thru for the Power supply via the Half bridge..

Hello, I am working with a STM32H747XI. I have connected a digital input on PA0_C & PA1_C. I used CubeMX for the initialisation.The initialisation code is : /*Configure GPIO pins : UI_ENC0_Pin UI_ENC1_Pin */ GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = UI_ENC0_Pin|UI_ENC1_Pin; GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_INPUT; GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL; HAL_GPIO_Init(GPIOA, &GPIO_InitStruct);When I read the pin, it stays always at 0 (GPIO_PIN_RESET)bpState1 = HAL_GPIO_ReadPin(GPIOA, UI_ENC0_Pin); bpState2 = HAL_GPIO_ReadPin(GPIOA, UI_ENC1_Pin);The pin PA0 is at " Reset State".I dont know what I have to do to solve it.Many thanks for your help.Bertrand

Currently have a STM32F103 running HSE + pll with a SysClk of 72 mhz.I want to use one of the upper flash memory blocks for storing application information - which means I need to erase and program the flash memory from my application (I do this all the time when using an STM32F4xx micro).I am referencing App Note PM0074 - Programming manual - STM32F10xxx Flash memory.microcontrollers Page 10 has the statement "For write and erase operations on the Flash memory (write/erase), the internal RC oscillator (HSI) must be ON."There are no other statement relating to clock or speed anywhere.Q1. Can I continue to use HSE+PLL and operate at 72 mhz and just turn on the HSI but not directly use it?Q2. Do I have to switch the clock FROM HSE+PLL to HSI before I can erase/program flash memory?Q3. If I have to switch to HSI - do I need to operate at the internal 8 mhz frequency?Thanks in advance for any insight - the documentation (this app note and others) are NOT very clear on the clocking requirem

Hi, We have a PCB design which used to have LSM6DSL and we were using ACC/GYRO data from the sensor. Since we switched to the new LSM6DSR chip the INT1 does not trigger (when data is ready) anymore even though the sensor should be similar config (if not the same). What could be reason for this? The chip responds with NACK from commands which were used to work on LSM6DSL. Worth mentioning that INT2 triggers as expected w/o issues, but not INT1.Regards.

I have a STM32WB that serves as the master and four other as the slaves.As the slaves may sometimes go offline, the master will periodically tries to connect with them (say, every 10 seconds). Between two connection attempts, the master allows the connected slaves to transmit data. At the 10-second mark, the master asks the connected slaves to pause transmission while it tries to connect with disconnected ones.However, it seems that the master cannot connect to other devices once some slaves begin data transmission as the call to `aci_gap_create_connection()` returns error code 0x3a. I also discovered that `aci_gap_create_connection()` would be successful only when all slaves were disconnected.Does it have anything to do with the BLE link layer state? My guess is that the master cannot connect to other slaves if it is in the connected state, but I don't know how to verify it. And if it is true, how can I ask the master to switch to the standby state so as to connect with other slaves?

On a screen, I use the function handleGestureEvent. Inside this function, I have an if-else to differentiate between horizontal and vertical swipes:void handleGestureEvent(const GestureEvent& event) { if (event.getType() == GestureEvent::SWIPE_HORIZONTAL) { /* ... */ } else if (event.getType() == GestureEvent::SWIPE_VERTICAL) { /* ... */ } }(Could be else instead of else if, but for clarity...)The problem is that from many swipes I get two gesture events: one horizontal and one vertical, both with the same x- and y-coordinates. I.e. handleGestureEvent is called, the if-branch is activated, then the function is called again and the else-branch is activated. event.getX() and event.getY() yield the same value in both calls.I have neither found a possibility to set the thresholds for detecting a gesture as vertical or horizontal nor have I found the implementation oft registerDragEvent.I use TouchGFX Designer 4.20.0.
