B-G431B-ESC1 Quadrature Encoder Generation Error

I'm getting an error "Final current ramp value is higher than motor nominal current" when I enable the quadrature encoder option in speed sensing (either as the primary or auxiliary sensor).

As per another thread and the schematic, I have reconfigured the encoder interface to TIM4 using B6 and B7 as inputs. This, an enabling the encoder feedback, are the only two changes I've made to the base program.

When I disable the encoder feedback again, everything works as anticipated.
