Code generation using Matlab 2018b does not wok. How to Fix it? the error is Invalid index.

I am trying to generate code for an STM32 discovery board (STM32F4) for academic purposes.

I am using matlab 2018b and embedded coder together with the STM32 Mat/Target support package and STM32CubeMx.

I have built a simple example to ON and OFF the LED's with some delay(see attachment).

When I trying to generate code I have gotten the following error: Invalid index.

Please help me solve this issue!
