MTTF Mean Time To Failure for STM32F103 VBT6 and CX

We are using  STM32F103 VBT6 and CX in two of our products.

Now we must know the MTTF, Mean Time To Failure,

if they arecertified in any way or

complies to any standard, ISO 13849 or other?

Is this information available so we can have it?

probably best to talk to the local ST FAE.

if you have your voltages within limits and the spikes are under control,

you should expect minimum 10years.

the switch mode power supply will fail first. 6-10years..
