Can M24LR04E-R 64-bit UID be used forEUI-64

Good day,  I have a rquirement where I need to use EUI-64 address.  The M24LR04E has a unique 64bit address.  Can I use this as an EUI-64 address?

Good day Nast,

As we the UID in our chip is not following the standard that is defined as per below, we can not be EUI-64 identifier.
