Hi

if the protect bit is low, is it possible to copy the memory of a ST62T65CM6 (used as master devices) using ST6 EPROM Programmer (used in Stand alone mode)?

Yes, if the read protection option bit is not set,you can read the program burned in the device. There is one Read button availble for this in Winee(Window EPROMER),which is freely available on stmcu site .
