STM32CubeProg will not connect via USB to my target board

I downloaded the STM32CubeProg from the STM website. It appears to install a couple of USB drivers. However, it does not recognize my custom STM32F7 board that is in DFU mode. Per the User Guide I have uninstalled the DfuSe USB driver, but the

STM32CubeProg still cannot see my board. If I reboot my board, the DfusSe drivers are automatically re-installed by Windows. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello

Hooper.Mike

,

Do you get an error message ?

Please, confirm if you have the same issue in this

https://community.st.com/0D70X000006SskYSAS

, as there is a known issuewithSTM32CubeProgrammer to connect with STM32F7 board and will be fixed in the coming release.

No error message. The STM32CubeProg simply does not recognize the USB DFU device.

Hi Mike,

You may try the proposition to use zadig program or

force the update to the new driver

as mentioned in this discussion

.

Please keep me informed about your progress on this.

Best Regards,
