Thank you for suggestion. the vlxsmsps pin on STM32H7's LDO supply configuration not connected to anything, meanwhile my schematic is connected to 200pF cap (according to AN5711 ) . I have tried to disconnect it but the vcap voltage still not outputi...

Thank you for the replay. From the same reference manual, the MCU that I use has two regulators, LDO and SMPS. There are four configurations for supporting the VCORE domain supply. It seems that the configuration you have said is the SMPS bypass.

thank you for the reply. According to AN5711 2.1.5 Voltage regulator, "Linear voltage regulator (LDO) is enabled on power-on reset." . which means I don't have to enable the LDO by software.
