I 'solved' it for now, although it feels like a Frankenstein way of solving. But at least the clock is okayish now:See bottom part in reply, link to problem.

Now I find this thread, same problem: link It drives me nuts. Also have the output at 128.000 hz, instead of +1 mhz.@sonic: do you know where this is mentioned?
