How to calculate a frequency from an Oscilloscope using STM32L4

I am new to coding. The board used: STM32L432KCU6I am trying to read an analog value from the OPAMP and feeding that to STM32L432KCU6 which converts this voltage to frequency using ADC. How should I go with it. I don't know where to start
