Hi @SofLit,I need to develop a unique serial number for one of our products that will go into production soon. I'd rather use the UID that is built into the STM32H7A3 chip but I have some questions.I understand that it is a 96bit value that I can rea...
Hi Folks,I'd like to find an example of accessing a USB drive using the STM32CubeIDE. I'm currently using the Nucleo-H7A3Zi-Q board.I believe I have setup the hardware correctly using the device configuration tool but I can't seem to find a simple or...
Hi Folks,Is there a simple description on how to read and write to flash using HAL for the STM32H7A3 chip somewhere?I'm looking at the example in the STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.11.1 FLASH_erase_program.My application needs to store ten 8-bit values so I'm no...
Hi All,Is there a way to reset the IDE back to factory setup? I've somehow manged to screw things up enough that it's really not workable anymore.Thanks,Richard
Hi Folks,I'm getting an error that is driving me crazy. The first occurrence of the variable is OK but the next one is flagged as ""undefined reference to `lv_disp_get_default'" static inline struct _lv_obj_t * lv_layer_top(void)

return lv_dis...
CAlbe.2,Did you ever figure out what was causing the problem? I have a somewhat similar issue with our Nucleo-H7A3ZI-Q board and a 7" LCD display that is using the RA8875 controller chip. We're using a 4 wire SPI interface. Sometimes the screen comes...
SofLit,I did open up a new thread and I tagged you (it's this thread). RM0433 is the manual for STM32H742 and '43 chips. We're using the STM32H7A3 chip. Both of the manuals (RM4033 and RM4055) show pretty much the same information. Neither one adds a...
I did look at that section in the manual but it doesn't tell me which byte equals what type. For example which number is the lot, wafer, or die number?We can't use the entire 96bit value. I'm asking if the first 32bits might be more variable than the...
Is there a scheme for the UI number? I understand that there are three 32 bit values that make up the ID number but is there somewhere that explains what bits equal what?You mention that the number includes values for " lot, wafer, die, etc.". Is the...
Actually it's not working correctly. Turns out setting FS_NORTC = 1 bypasses the RTC and uses values set in the ffconf.h file.I need to figure out how to use theget_fattime();
