I understand, but according to my specs, which JTAG connection should I use, 4 or 5 pins.It should be 4 pins, right? because my board/MCU only supports TDI, TMS, TCK, TDO?

maybe you need to add HAL_UART_Receive_DMA ( & huart4 , uart4_rx_buffer , 8 )after HAL_UART_Transmit_DMA() inside the for loop
