No X Cube Display examples for my nucleo 64-F103RB board to run the LCD

On Linux, when I double-click on the TouchGFX-4.21.1.msi file in the Utilities/PC_Software/TouchGFXDesigner folder, it does not bring up the installer. Instead I get the error 'Could not display TouchGFX-4.21.1.msi file.' How do I install Designer ?

Will code written for STM32f103 blue pill port easily to STM32f103 nucleo? The UM1724 manual is not that clear to me. I used FreeRTOS and Libopencm3 macros in the code. The problem I am having is not being able to debug using USB and minicom on Linux.
