Can X-NUCLEO-NFC06A1 module be connected to a raspberry pi without ARPI600 raspberry pi to Arduino adapter? If not, which Arduino is recommended to run the module?

Which ST25R reader would you recommend for the MB89R118C Fujitsu Tag which has FRAM of 256 memory blocks/ 2048 bytes and uses ISO/IEC15693? For some reasons I could not write or read from this NFC type 5 tag with the NFC Tap app? Please advise.
