Eventually I have updated , more than painful, the STEVAL-MKI109V3 (DFU) and now the FW rev = V3.42.4 is installed. I can see the correct rev on UNICO GUI and everything works fine.My point: I don't understand why downloading the last rev of UNICO GU...

Yes but for the mother board itself STEVAL-MKI109V3 ,I should have got the rev 3.42.4, correct?
