Thanks for the reply.Yes, I didn't do any changes with SCB->VTOR.I have made the changes in the system_stm32f4xx.c file (changed the SCB->VTOR to 0x08040000) and now the program runs as expected if flashed directly from the IDE.But is still not able ...

Thank you for your help.Found the Generate Report option in Project-> Generate Report.Both PDF and txt are generated together. I am using STM Cube IDE Version 1.9.0 with STM Cube MX Version: 6.5.0

Code getting stuck after changing FLASH start address in linker file.

Is their any tool (or option) in STM Cube-IDE to generate a document that contains all the gpio, peripherals and clock configuration for a project.
