I am not saying that it is hard per se, but since I have read about different people have different outcomes with the T-VCC and the OP seem to have the exact same setup/tools/needs that I have, I though that hearing his/her experience could be useful...

I agree that I may be testing the UART limits, but with an fCLK = 72 MHz, the STM32F3 should be able to generate up to 9Mbps, according to the REF manual. In fact, at that speed the bit period gets as low as 110 ns (as expected).However, at any baud ...
