Unable to Build project

I am new to ST.

I downloaded and installed STVD and Cosmic Free Compiler on Windows 7

I made a project and trying to build I get the following error message.

Please help me to get started.

Check the memories bounds in the project settings. In the database of chips I met inaccuracies. This does not allow automatic configuration when creating a project. But all works all right.
