Stm8l152C6 - Low power wait mode

Hello,

I am working on the Stm8l152C6 processor. Trying to put the processor on the low power wait mode. Timer 3 will be running on LSE. Code runs from RAM and will wait for an event  for an capture compare event in RAM. Is there anyone who have tried to do this and what's the current consumption. I only managed to get as low as 100uA.
