Well, I guess, everyone looks at the question, doesn't know about any STM8 with parallel RAM interface (I definitely don't know about any), but are not sure that none exists, so no one answers?

Do you mean, external memory bus like in 8051? Nope :( They do not have enough pins.

Yes. The 8-bit micro-controllers Atmel and Microchip is supported external memory interface. However, I could not find such an opportunity for STM8, even for high-density devices
