How to use Timer in STM8s003K3

Hello everybody,

I'm newbie at STM8S. I'm using ST Visual Develop Tool.

Can anybody tell me how can I use Timer interrupts in STM8s003K3 and if possible someone give a simple template project, it will be very useful for me.
