COSMIC IdeaSTM8 32K Dev Tool

Hello,

I recently downloaded the IdeaSTM8-32k dev tool from COMSIC and have trouble saving newly entered C files.

I can successfully compile and link the example code provided by COMSIC. When I attempt to include an I/O driver that was provided from ST, it also successfully compiles and links. It is when I attempt to load the project again after saving it,

8 always waits while ''Checking

.c'' and never returns.

What is

IdeaSTM

8 checking?

Any suggestions as to how to fix it?
