I'm trying to program an F401, and it works under Linux. On my main Win10 box, it fails. On a near-virgin Win10 loaner from IT, it works.
On the machine that fails, it goes into IAP mode. On the machine that works, I get a device ID.
The only difference I can find in the drivers is that winusb.sys is 10.0.17763.1 on the machine that fails, 10.0.17134.1 on the machine that works. No idea if that's a red herring.
