“Authentication Error Manager – Connection lost”

I am using STM32CubeIDE version 1.19.0.

Problem

I get the error:
“Authentication Error Manager – Connection lost”

What I tried

• Checked internet connection (working fine)

• Used mobile hotspot

• Checked connection in Firmware Updater (shows OK)

System details

• OS: Windows 11 Pro 

• Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad T14

• Board: STM32F407VGT6 / STM32F407 Discovery board

Additional info

The issue occurs even though the firmware updater shows a valid connection. Both Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot give the same error.

Question

What could be causing this authentication/network issue in STM32CubeIDE, and how can I fix it?

I am using STM32CubeIDE (not VS Code).
This issue occurs inside STM32CubeIDE Authentication Manager.
Could you please confirm the correct section for this issue?
