Installing STM32CubeProgrammer under macOS (BigSur 11.6.8) - java fails

I downloaded en.stm32cubeprg-mac_v2-11-0.zip, unpacked it in my Download folder and ran:

$ /Users/kuku/Downloads/en.stm32cubeprg-mac_v2-11-0/SetupSTM32CubeProgrammer-2.11.0.app/Contents/MacOS/SetupSTM32CubeProgrammer-2_11_0_macos

Solved it!

All I had to do was to allow access to java in System Settings->Security, open the lock and allow java to be run. After this the installation continued and finally installed the app in

/Applications/STMicroelectronics/STM32Cube/STM32CubeProgrammer
