Error: Problem occured while trying to connect

l want to connect pcb board through stm32cubeprogrammer.

But it posts pop-up like that.

The error massage is "Error: Problem occured while trying to connect".

And sometimes it connects well, so i can't find the reason.

Could you give me some adivce to this problem?

1. Update the ST-LINK firmware.
2. Do you actually have a JTAG connection, not SWD?
3. If low-power modes are used, it is recommended to use "Connect mode: Under Reset" and "Reset mode: Hardware reset".

I've already downloaded the latest version from this site, and I've checked the jtag connection. And sometimes they connect well. If i try 100 times, it will be connected about 1 time, and in that state, the connection will be good until the computer is turned off.

2. set to swd , not jtag

you have old firmware, V29 ; now is V40 ...about.
