Hello @GSS,
The message "UR connection mode is defined with the HWrst reset mode" is not an error.
It's displayed to inform users that when connecting under reset, a hardware reset will be performed (Regardless of the value of reset mode selected in GUI).
From the screenshot you've shown, I highly doubt you're using an authentic ST-Link. Please make sure to get a probe from an authorized distributor.
