For STM32H7A3VIT6, in the latest CubeMX software I cannot assign alternate functions to the PC2_C and PC3_C pins. But according to the datasheet it should be possible by closing the analog switches to PC2 and PC3 by modifying SYSCFG_PMCR registers.
I've checked the alternate function settings are indeed present for older STM32H7 lines. But not for STM32H7Ax/Bx. Is this a bug in CubeMX or a hardware limitation?

I've rechecked the version and found out that I'm using 6.1. After upgrading to 6.3 it works as expected.
Thank you very much for your help!

I think this was an issue in older CubeMX versions. Latest is v6.3.
