STM32CubeMX version 6.0.1 is missing AF function for PE6 and TIM9_CH2 for STM32L151QC

STM32CubeMX in version 6.0.1 does not generate the necessary alternate function for PE6 and TIM9_CH2 correctly for STM32L151QC. The datasheet states that this should be alternate function 3. A look into the relevant GPIO-STM32L162xD_gpio_v1_0_Modes.xml file reveals that the signal description for TIM9_CH2 is missing for GPIO pin PE6.
