How to remove a bug of the STM32 CubeIDE program?

Good day! when starting STM32CubeIDE, here are the bugs, how to fix it? launched on behalf of the user and on behalf of the administrator, the result is the same.

Understand most here on the weekend don't much care about CubeMX / IDE, and assorted failings in it and Java

Only on this machine? Does changing screen resolution alter behaviour? What video card/drivers? What is the current resolution? OS version?

I'm guessing non English/Western fonts and language settings..

Video card: GTX 1660 ti? windows 10 standard

driver costs: 466.47

All standard 1920x1080

It takes a long time to load, I don't even know what is the bug of this program? all other programs work fine.

Perhaps version 1.6.1 STM32 CubeIDE is not stable yet?
