When I try to log in to my ST account in STM32CubeMX, it sends me an error message that says, 'This feature requires an internet connection.' However, my internet connection is working well, and I can use other browsers to surf the internet normally.
How can I solve this problem?

Hello @Pea
First let me thank you for posting.
Are you using a proxy with your network?
If it's the case set it up in the "Updater settings". Check this article for more details :How to set the network connection parameters for S... - STMicroelectronics Community

What if I'm not using a proxy?!? I'm getting that same error message with the latest STM32CubeIDE (1.19.0) running on Linux in a VM. The VM can access the Internet, but STM32CubeIDE keeps asking me to set my Network connection. I get "This feature requires Internet connection...", then a few seconds later, I get "Authentication Error Manager" - "Connection lost...".
Why is this so hard when I've not using a proxy???

Then something weird is going with your VM, or some "security", "compliance", "EDR" trouble-ware in your network?
Can you provide more info to reproduce?
* What is the host OS
* What is the guest OS
* Which hypervisor? Type of virtual network: bridged or NAT?
