Let's try to delete the existing stm32cube_mx_v6170-win.zip file and any CubeMX-related temporary or cache files, then download the installer again directly from the official ST website using a stable connection; if possible, try a different browser or network. Also check whether antivirus, proxy, VPN, or corporate security tools are modifying the download. Once you have a clean file, verify that it extracts correctly and then run the installer as administrator.
