This temporary limitation is already highlighted internally: There is an issue when trying to download the FW F1.1.7.0 using STM32CubeMX.

The FW package will be available tomorrow after doing a refresh in update Manager. Sorry for this inconvenience!

PS: There is a typo in the title. I have edited it from "CubeMX STM32F7 FW not found - 404" to "CubeMX STM32F1(V1.7.0) FW not found - 404".

It was fixed, this is a secondary issue. ST has recurrent problems with their server infrastructure.
