It is really hard to read pins when editing a BGA chip.
vertically or horizontally flipping will brighten the view, but keep pins in their nature position will help in PCB planning / layout.
I know this has been there for years, but please consider the diversification of user habits.

Never mind, I found a way to do so in STM32CubeMX 6.13.
Just for someone who want to know:
Set Alpha Channel to 0 in "Pinout View Colors->Chip Gradient1/Gradient2 Color", the layout is gone, very happy now.
