STM32CubeIDE 1.18.0 & 1.18.1 Breakpoints not working

Hey
i tried the new IDEs 1.18.0 & 1.18.1 but i have problems to debug my target.
The Debugger didnt stop at any breakpoint. IDE 1.17.0 is working fine.
Iam using a Segger j Link Debugger.

Rtos settings in Debug settings were wrong (use Jlink)
