STM32CubeIDE 1.13.0 Major Problems

After updating to STM32CubeIDE v1.13.0 I can no longer generate code from my IOC. This also prohibits me from creating a new project as it can't find the firmware packages. When I hit "manage embedded software" nothing happens.

EDIT: This appears connected to the fact you need to login in to myST from STM32CubeIDE to access the firmware packages. However, nothing happens when I try to log in.

I've now tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I'm faced with the same issue. Below is what happens when I hit "manage embedded software" from the Eclipse log file:

When I hit "Check for Updates" I get the following:

I am having the same problem on Window 11 with STM32CubeIDE v1.13.0

First let me thank you for positng.
Are you using Windows 11 like @kPettit or an other OS?
@nattayb and @kPettit could you provide the compete .log from CubeIDE.
Are you connected with your st account with the user authentication feature?
Is the issue observed with the STM32CubeMX standalone application?
