STM32CubeIDE is not able to open a previously saved .ioc file

Hello!
I am trying to configure the project to run X-Cube-AI. When opening the attached try_ai.ioc file in STM32CubeIDE 1.17.0 the window freezes. Also tried to open it in STM32 CubeMX 6.13.0, no success. The board is NUCLEO-N657X0-Q.
Could you please help me to troubleshoot this issue?

The issue is fixed in the latest release of the STM32CubeMX (6.14.0).
