Is there any way I can create a new project on STM32CubeIDE without going through CubeMX configuration, please help me.

I advice you to use CubeMX which is a free tool that allows a very easy configuration of STM32 microcontrollers and microprocessors even for beginners, it also generates the corresponding initialization C code.

Have a try based on project creation wizard to elect 'Empty' option instead 'Cube' one.​

Hi,

Why do you want to skip CubeMX configuration in first place?

Well since i am learning i want to make some simple apps by myself and only STM32CubeIDE is currently free
