How can I burn an STM project into the STMF767ZI

1) How can I burn an STM project into the STMF767ZI in the STMCUBEIDE32 after I build the project?

2) The Debug isn't working:

Can somebody guide me how to install the ST-LINK?

I thought I did, I need help step by step please.

A custom board, or a Nucleo?

For the external ST-LINK make sure pin 1/2 have power for the buffers on the pod.

A non-functional chip/board will not be able to connect.

Check connections.

Check level on NRST.

Check power applied to VDDA.

Check voltages/capacitors on VCAP pins.

Do ST-LINK Utilities, or STM32 Cube Programmer find the chip?
