Fix app icon size in macOS dock

I know this sounds super nitpicky, but the app icon on macOS is not sized per Apple's human interface guidelines.

Can you fix the app icon on macOS so it looks like all other macOS apps?

After checking , a change request has been already escalated to dev team under internal ticket ID 204940 to Enhance STM32CubeIDE Icon Design for Better macOS Compatibility
