External power supply

i am using using external 24 v power supply to the controller and some times it is getting power off to the controller and its automatically getting power on to the controllers how to stop that automatic controller getting off to the controller

Sorry, I don't know what you're talking about. What kind of controller is it, what does the schematics look like?

i used 24v converted to 5v and i connected in Vin pin

As you can read in UM1974, e.g. table 7, Vin can be supplied with a voltage of 7...12V.
