Does STM32CubeIDE support ETM trace tools (e.g. DSTREAM or I-jet Trace)?

Hi,

Sorry for late reply. The answer is unfortunately no. As of right now the IDE only supports the GDB-servers that are bundled with the product. We have thoughts about opening up the IDE to enable the user to point out another GDB-server allowing additional debug probes.

But, let's say there are more urgent stuff on the roadmap. And even if we provided such more open interface, it would still be a pre-requisite that the probe vendor supplies a GDB-server together with the probe that can be used by CubeIDE.

And now I realise that the question was primarily related to ETM trace. And here the answer right now is also know. The IDE only support the Serial Wire Viewer trace mechanism. But no ETM/ETB/MTB tracing.
