Does someone know if the IDE and debugger (ST-LINK/V2) work properly with MacOS BigSur (intel)?

The release notes no not mention MacOS 11, but has anyone tried?

I want to upgrade my Mac, but not if STM32CubeIDE stop working!

Hi cberg.1

Upgrading MacOS to Big Sur is not recommended for now if you want to keep STM32CubeIDE running.

Eclipse platform added introduced the support in their last release (2020-12).

Means STM32CubeIDE has to propagate this support before MacOS upgrade could be done safely from its point of view.

For me, it works fine except for a small problem with the editor where the text doesn't update as you type (a painting bug). It updates later of if you scroll the window so you can live with it but it is fixed in eclipse 2020-12. Best to wait unless you have a good reason to upgrade to Big Sur though.

Thank you for the information

Do you have any idea of the time frame here?
