Can't download STM32CubeIDE from website

I've tried this evening to download STM32CubeIDE on 2 different accounts, 2 different computers, a phone, and have reset my computer and also deleted my cookies but still will not download. Nothing happens after I accept the terms and conditions. I have also tried to download as a guest the link from the email still just takes me to the download page but it won't download.
