Unable to download the stm32cubeide

I am trying to download the windows version of the IDE but I can't get it to work. Either the download button doesn't do anything or it's just not there. I've tried with different email accounts, different web browsers, different networks but that didn't do it. I've looked on here and it was suggested to disable browser extensions like ad-blockers and such and I've disabled all of them and still nothing. I would appreciate any help.

Works fine here. What country are you in? Are you on a VPN?

I am in north Africa and no I wasn't using a VPN. I tried using a VPN after your reply and it didn't like that either.

You can try contacting ST support who may have more information. My guess is it's deliberately withheld. I'm not affiliated with ST.

Select IDE and then download as a Guest ?

I can't even download cubeIde and cubeprog.
