You're worried that it's truncated the filename?

What happens if you widen the pane for the Project Explorer?

Maybe show more of the screen for context?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.

I think that the font/size has resulted in the text being clipped / cropped. So UI related, cosmetic vs functional
